The Millennium Centre's professional conference services staff supports your meeting from start to finish. Unlike any other meeting facilities in Eastern Tennessee, corporate and private groups alike can expect a dedicated conference planner to arrange every detail, inside and outside the meeting room, including on-site audio-visual & technical support, continuous food breaks and coffee service, and available staff to handle last minute copy, fax or editing needs. 

As an IACC-certified conference center, meeting rooms at the Millennium Centre in Johnson City, TN. are furnished with every amenity to ensure a successful meeting: ergonomic chairs, non-glare writing tables, tackable wall surfaces, flip charts, white boards, adjustable light levels and individual climate controls. The Millennium Conference Centre is prepared to handle your most sophisticated requirements, including computer labs and multimedia presentations.

16 conference and breakout rooms at the meeting center provide outstanding facilities for up to 800 guests, including the spacious 6.000 square foot Mountain States Health Alliance Ballroom, which is ideal for general sessions, post-meeting receptions or special events.

Continuous coffee break stations provide immediate refreshment throughout the day. Stocked with delicious beverages, fresh baked pastries, cookies, sweets and healthful snacks, there's something to satisfy every palate.

The Millenium Centre's commitment to a high level of service includes assignment of a staff conference planner to each conference group.  You can always count on effective meeting room setups, menus, in-house special event planning, appropriate A/V equipment and services, as well as attention to special needs for you and your meeting group.
