The Millennium Centre is proud to offer personalized, “hands-on” cooking classes & informative demonstrations by Executive Master-Chef, Jean-Claude Seruga.  Jean-Claude Seruga, recently competed in the USA Final-Four of the Copper Skillet culinary competition—an invitation only annual event that features over 300 of the country’s best chefs.    Chef Jean-Claude's resumé includes being one of only two hundred master chefs in the world and a member of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs [the oldest food society in the world] founded in 1298 AD, membership is by invitation only and is one of the highest and most prestigious recognitions possible for a Master Chef. Join Chef Jean-Claude in the Millennium Centre’s kitchen as he shares his culinary knowledge, skills and a few secrets, which have catapulted him to the Copper Skillet finals.
