Do you have areas for team building?
The Millennium Centre provides cross-functional meeting space as well as outside adjacent paved and green areas.
Do you have guest rooms?
Yes, onsite we have 141 guest rooms provided by the Carnegie Hotel. Additionally, we have partnerships with many local Johnson City and tri-cities area hotels within close proximity to the Centre, including upscale accommodations attached directly to the Millennium Centre. This partnership allows us to meet all of your needs and provide you with the dedicated space required for your meeting.
Do you have high speed internet access?
Yes. The Millennium Centre provides 10MEG HSIA line capability as well as WiFi through out all of our conference facilities.
Do you have parking on site?
Yes. The Millennium Centre has ample covered parking directly attached to the center.
Do you rent meeting rooms for a few hours?
Yes, The Conference Centre concept provides meetings by the day and half day package plans.
How does the Millennium Centre compare to northeast Tennessee tri-cities local hotel meeting rooms and food services?
Our complete meeting and conference facilities offer business clients 24-hour hold, dedicated meeting rooms with solid tackable walls, natural lighting and ergonomic 8-hour chairs, projection screen, data projector, overhead projector and flip chart. We offer high speed internet access in all meeting rooms. provide for a successful learning experience. The Millennium Centre provides a Daily Meeting Package which includes Continental Breakfast, continuous coffee service, luncheon buffet, and snacks for the afternoon break session. Service of your meeting is what we do best, and our customers are our focus.
How far out, time wise are you able to book meeting rooms?
The Millennium Conference Centre experience allows for us to book events within your timeline based upon availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
The general cancelation policy is 90-days in advance of your event; however, specific policies can be amended as part of your event.
