The Millenium Centre's commitment to a high level of service includes assignment of a staff conference planner to each conference group. Conference services staff supports your meeting from start to finish. Unlike any other meeting facilities in Eastern Tennessee, corporate and private groups alike can expect a dedicated conference planner to arrange every detail, inside and outside the meeting room.

The Millenium Centre has sixteen conference and breakout rooms at the meeting center, providing outstanding facilities for up to 800 guests, including the spacious 6.000 square foot Mountain States Health Alliance Ballroom. The Ballroom is ideal for general sessions, post-meeting receptions or special events.

The Millennium Conference Centre is prepared to handle your most sophisticated requirements, including computer labs and multimedia presentations. You can always count on effective meeting room setups, menus, in-house special event planning, appropriate A/V equipment and services, as well as attention to special needs for you and your meeting group.
